Warning: This Cookbook will not teach you how to Cook! There are many books readily available that cover that subject, and if you need one, by all means get one. This Cookbook is for people who want to cook some great food, and enjoy the poems I have written about great food.

I designed the 'Lost in the Sauce' Cookbook in a three ring binder. I wanted the book to work easily in the kitchen while you are cooking. There is nothing more frustrating than a cookbook closing while you are in the middle of a recipe, like many cookbooks do. The three ring binder makes it so much easier to stay on your page as long as you need to. The Mylar reinforced strip keeps the page intact, it also allows for removal of pages without wear and tear.  The print is very large for easier reading. This is the same page I use on the Cooking Show. It's much easier to see the bigger print under the bright lights, so I know it will be easier in your home kitchen.

The Cookbook also contains all the poems from the Television show. Each poem written for the theme of each 'Course'. I wrote the poems both humorous and thought provoking, I know you will enjoy them.

As a Special Bonus...
I am adding a clear plastic insert page in the back of the book, so that you can remove the page you are working with and slide it in the plastic to protect it while cooking!

At the present time the 'Lost in the Sauce' Cookbook is no longer being sold through this website. The first edition is no longer in print, so there are only a few books available which can be found at Booksmith in Falmouth, or Harvey's Farm and Garden in Westboro. There will be a second edition of the book- reformatted, coming out in 2004. Stay Tuned.
